A cost recovery fee of $2,012 is required for each G&G permit application submitted and must be paid electronically using the Pay.Gov system. Additional information about the payment of cost recovery fees can be found at: www.mms.gov/offshore/paygov.htm

Companies wishing to collect geological and geophysical data on the OCS prior to a lease sale must obtain a permit from the Resource Evaluation Office of MMS. A non-refundable service fee is required to be paid at the time of submission of the application.
